Departmental File Listing
The majority of file titles that fall into the following categories have been excluded from the list:
- files transferred to Australian Archives
- case related files (e.g. personal representations or files dealing with the personal affairs of departmental clients or taxpayers)
- files related to the internal administration of the Department (e.g. staff or personnel matters)
Words which would disclose commercially confidential, identifiably personal, or matters of national security have been removed from the titles. Words deleted have been replaced with 3 x asterisks (i.e. ***).
Furthermore, file titles from which it is apparent that particular matters have been or are to be considered by Cabinet, as well as those titles which would disclose its deliberations and decisions, have been excluded from this list. These titles have also been replaced with 3 x asterisks (i.e. ***).
