The development of the ADRs continues as part of a program which includes amendments to existing ADRs, introduction of new ADRs, as well as a full review of existing ADRs every ten years. Public comment on draft ADR amendments, draft new ADRs and draft reviews of existing ADRs is an important part of the process.

Public Comment
When there is a proposal for a major amendment to an existing ADR, a new ADR or an ADR subject to full review, there will be a sixty or ninety day period when feedback is invited from the public or any other interested party. Advertisement(s) are placed in national newspapers advising of the ADR, details of the proposal, and the period available for comment. The content of the advertisement(s) will also be listed on this web page.
