Importation of Replica Vespa Motor Scooters manufactured before 1 January 1989

The Department has received a number of Vehicle Import Applications (VIAs) where it is claimed that replica Vespas were manufactured prior to 1 January 1989, when in fact it was manufactured (this includes remanufactured vehicles) after this date.
