Processes for Varying and Revising a Security Plan

Under the MTOFSA a maritime or offshore industry participant can submit changes to an existing security plan as a variation or a revision. A guidance paper has been prepared on what types of changes should be submitted as variations and what types should be submitted as revisions. [PDFPDF: 41 KB ]

Variations

Below are examples of forms which can be used to request the Secretary to vary a security plan;

Revisions
